    This is to inform that our DNS server GDENS failed today at 2 P.M GMT +3. We are still working on bringing it back.

    If your domain was using ns1/ we recommend to use different DNS servers (ns1/, while we are working on this issue.

    If you need assistance in switching DNS, please, open a ticket.

WebNIC registrar maintenace (Resolved)

    We would like to notify you that our registrar WebNIC currently is conducting urgent system maintenance, therefore you will unable to access domain management tools. However, resolution for domains that are using our DNS will not be affected.

    Estimated that the maintenance will end by today at 3.30 pm (GMT +0800). Everything possible is done to shorten the time needed.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    UPDATE: We have received another notification from WebNIC that their maintenance will take another 24 hours. Sorry to inform about this. Please, see below their original message.

    Our upstream provider will be conducting core routers maintenance on the upcoming Friday. Part of our clients will be affected with a small downtime. The maintenance is due to the upcoming netowrk upgrade with new 10Gbit connections.
